A prestigious Grade II listed residence
MBS has been appointed to strip out and remodel this magnificent 4975 square foot, period Grade ii listed residence in the heart of London’s prestigious and historic district.

The works will include stripping out existing kitchen, timber flooring, cornices throughout, bathrooms etc.

We will fit new cornices throughout, sourced from a company in Paris, plus some bespoke cornices sourced in the UK. The main rooms will have new oak panelling, sourced from a French Chateau and a famous residence in the UK.

Bathrooms will have bespoke wall panelling sourced from a local joinery company. Bedrooms will generally have hung wall fabric.

We will manufacture and install a new hand painted bespoke joinery kitchen with marble tops.

All fireplaces will be removed and replaced.

Most of the existing Calcutta Ora marble floors will be retained, but honed to a matt finish.
