MBS has been appointed to fully refurbish this most attractive Grade II listed 5 storey Georgian House built around the early 19th century and backs onto Regent’s Canal.

The works will include the complete overhaul of the external envelope, to include full scaffolding erection, renewal of all flat and pitched roofs, all timber repairs and new lead works.  Repair and overhaul of all sash windows, including decorations.  

Overhaul, repair/renew gutter, and downpipes.  Cleaning and repointing all brickwork with lime pointing the match existing.  Internally we will carry out a full strip out and overhaul, including excavations to basement to increase floor to ceiling height.

The basement floor and wall will be waterproofed.  All internal fit out will be sympathetically restored where possible with any renewal to match the period of the house, this will involve repair and renewal of lime plaster, lath and plaster, floorboards etc.

There will be a complete electrical and mechanical installation.
